Have I broke my Jaw or caused damage?

So yesterday I was out paintballing, I tripped and fell right on my face. I could talk and speak fine and open my mouth all the way but it ached a lot.

Now the aching has lessened, and I can still open my mouth all the way and talk just fine. I’m just wondering if any damage could have been caused..
