Yes, but make sure it hasn’t been frozen and refrozen, or it will be prone to have bacteria.

There is no problem with eating any kind of meat cold, if it was properly heating before and has been kept below about 5 degrees Celsius ever since (of course this will only work for a couple of days, or bacteria will grow on anything)
