Why would you WANT to be famous? Personally, I would hate the publicity…

Pull out the phone book, or hit up Google or Yellow. Not too hard to find whatever you’re looking for these days. Don’t take the first offer that sounds good, though.

You really don’t, you just have to be willing to get burned from time to time. You’ll eventually learn how to avoid that, but you only learn through experiencing it.

While that might earn strong publicity, following such an act with singing and dancing(her core interests) would be just a little over the top, don’t you think?

Either way, try to avoid any of that after an act of cannibalism, okay? :P

I know, I’m just humoring my morbid streak. Enough derailing, though. Just take a look around at agencies, find one (or someone who works for one) that you like, and give it a shot.

Remember a good agent that wants you will not ask you for hundreds of dollars up front. Most reputable agencies will pay for your head shots etc. You may have to pay them back, but be careful of the amount of money they ask you to spend. You will need to get a headshot (8×10 photo of your head and shoulders) to give to the agencies. Do you have a performance resume? Usually your resume will be printed on the back of the headshot. Now a days, if you have a performance video you can share that would be best. I see you are in New York, that’s good, but is that were Disney is? Would you be better off in Los Angeles?

Well… trust me, acting is all about who you know. So pick this teachers brain. I guarantee you that there is someone on Broadway, RIGHT NOW that knows Zac Efron or Vanessa Hudgens. Try to arrange an interview with them if possible. Acting as you know is standing up in front of everyone and going for it, well it’s not just on stage… your life becomes an audition.

If you want to work for Disney you can go work in the parks as charaters and intheir shows. A few of my friends did it for 3 to 4 summers. They are always looking for people to workin the parks. If you do this it would get you in with Disney, help you get to know the people there, plus it would give you alot of professional experience which is great for your resume. They are always having ausitions. Look on thier website and talk to their personnell department.

I think she’s a bit young to be wearing those suits.

Though, would this really be a valid route? Sure, anything is possible, but in my ignorance I seem to think that minimum wage positions don’t usually lead to fame.

It is just an idea to get closer to Disney since that is what she wants.

There are alot of things out there to do. I know you will think about what is best for you. Only you knows what is best for you.
