What is the reason for you not sleeping? When you do sleep, do you sleep soundly? Is there something you are worried about? How long has this been going on? Is there something that has recently changed in your life?
If you go to sleep earlier and get 8 - 10 hours of restful sleep it will definitely help with the dark circles and bags.

Getting more sleep should fix it.

Judging by your name, I’d assume you are a girl. You might try makeup to cover them up if they bother you that badly till they go away naturally.

You sleep from 4 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon? You’re sleeping too much, way too much. You only need 7-8 hours, and you’re sleeping 11. You’ll get slowly more and more tired, your muscles will atrophy, and you will get fat. How to fix it? Take a Tylenol PM or two at 10 pm. Then wake up at 6am. Or whenever you need to get up, I trust you can figure out the time differences. Then, continue this without any drugs until it’s habit. Being on the computer too much can aggravate or even cause insomnia, which, TRUST ME, is not worth the years of torture you have to go through to get used to it. Eat better, set a sleep schedule, (and stick to it!) and above all, limit your time on the computer.

You could get a job. Or, just go on for sixteen hours a day, and sleep the other eight.

So you’re still in school, once summer ends.

Good plan. But still, you’ll be needing to sleep eight hours, go to school for eight hours, and play for eight hours if you want to have a shot in hell of doing well in school.

WOW! at these replies. i did not see 1 post suggesting that you go to your doctor to see if there is something medically wrong. 1 of the triggers of sleep disturbances is a change in one’s health. trust me! i currently experience insomnia on a nightly basis from depression. if you feel you are fine and ok. you know you better than anyone else. if it is not medical, it could be just plain boredom and your “sleep” clock is currently out order. it is due to being currently out of school and away from your usual regiment of getting up for school, after school activities, homework or something along those lines. if this is all it is, you should start now with a sleep schedule that is the same as the one you will use when you start back to school. do not take naps during the day. this works against being sleepy in the evenings. also, if you know you want to go to bed about 10pm. you should stop overly stimulating activities such as searching and hanging on the internet, at least 2 hours before bed time. this gives your mind time to calm down. if you are not sleepy by your scheduled bed time, do something you think will help make you sleepy such as read a book or take a warm shower. also remember, you should start hanging out during the day anywhere but on your bed. use your bed for sleeping. this way it tells your brain, that this what you are there for. good luck and i hope this helps. :)
