Well, I recently asked for help to get off the famous drug crack cocaine.

I was told to take a leave of absense from my job, for which I would be doing inpatient care for a total of about a month, and my job had to ask me for the reason for the leave of absense and I told them. The place that was getting me help, decided that I could do outpatient treatment and there was no need for me to take a leave from my job, but they told me this a little late and needless to say, I either take the leave and have a job or don’t take the leave and lose my job.Is there something legal I can do about this place doing this to me.

Apply to another rehab center maybe the one you initially chose no longer has an available bed. Does your insurance cover your stay, if so, there should be no problem going to another rehabilitation center.

This is just my opinion brother. If you try and resist what has happened to you by taking legal action or trying to get them back, your only going to attract more negativity to yourself. This has all happened for reason. Maybe its time to get a new job, you may find one thats better or more suited to you than the one you have now. Maybe its because you truly do need to be resting through this. For whatever reason you aren’t supposed to be at that job right now, and it sounds like it’s because you are about to detox yourself from one of the deadliest drugs around.

Best of Success Brother

seriously i would really go to inpatient…im a recovering meth addict and outpatient treatment is really meant for after inpatient..i started out and outpatient and only met more people to do drugs with and wasnt really seeing the “whole” picture yet so i fell for it all….I would STRONGLY advice going to inpatient it is a really helpfull way to stop drugs and then you wont have to work and you can constantly focus on helping you and overcoming your addiction….unfortunately in outpatient you will have to try to help you and deal with the “world” and unless you are taught how to do that then your okay but in inpatient they teach you how to deal with you and the world…so seriously if you want to get off the drug then go to inpatient other words there is a good chance you wont change

This is your bad decision.

Own it.

Stop doing drugs.

Fix yourself, then come back for the same job. Likely you will be so mad at them you won’t want it.

Still.

Go get a new job once you’re clean.
