how do i find and apply for federal grants so i can go to the lA Recording School in Los Angeles,CA need help fast.
My plans are to inspire the youth by developing a music program and i need the education and equiptment to pursue this goal i have and help would be a blessing at this point i turned my life around from upside down and i would love to help the youth do the same. Also my main priority for this program idea is to prevent them from taking the path i did.
