loads to live up to:

My mum is a “high flyer” a very succsesful woman who makes loads of money and helps loads of people; every one says I could do even better than her and that I could do anything, but I dont know if i could, there is so much I have to do to get out of my mums shadow,

should i be bothered, or should I just live?

Find out what YOU want to do. Don’t be pressured to be someone else. Remember, its your life and you are the one who will be living it each day, not the people who tell you what to do.
If something interests you, do that. And if it’s not what other people “approve” of, oh well. IT may take a while before you can get over feeling like you’ve let everyone down. But when you’ve overcome that, you’ll be happy and content with the path you have chosen

I would just do what you I have to do. Do what comes naturally for you and don’t put pressure on yourself to live up to others’ expectations. Sometimes we live this life on a wing and prayer! And off we go!
