friends help: okay, so i like the same guy as my best friend. - Help.com

okay, so i like the same guy as my best friend.

she likes him a lot, and so do i.
i never told her who i liked, because i was afraid of her reaction. i’ve debated over whether or not to tell the truth or just make up someone, if she ever did ask me who i liked.
i really like this boy, and she’s my best friend in the whole wide world, i cannot stress these two enough, and it’s a long story, but i think that i have a chance with him, and she doesn’t really. any advice?

before i starting dating my now ex…her bff liked me alot too. but i wasnt insteaded in “nicole” her best friend…i was interested in “sara.” even though they were both very similar in personalities and they were both gorgeous….so ya its either he likes you or her or maybe neither. just find out. talk to him. see what he has to say..because “nicole” talked to me…and i told her that no i liked “sara”…she moved on…so will your friend. easy as that

2.)does he feel the same?
3.)are you best friends?
4.)do both of your other friends overlap?
5.)has he been flirting with you recently?
