I tried this program called “6-week body makeover,” it REALLY worked! I was so surprised, and if all you need to lose is 15lbs it will definitely whip you in shape in no time at all. You can get it a www.provida.com

I tried a semi-vegetarian diet. I only eat vegetables and fish for about a month and I was able to lose weight. I also lowered my sugar intake. It was a lifestyle change and it took me months before I got to my desired weight. It was my nutritionist friend who helped me plan my diet.

Exercise and healthy snacks over too many unhealthy snacks, maybe slow but it will work in the long run. ~_~

Yeah, eat less than you burn. If you eat 500 less calories a day (that’s half a big mac), you’ll lose a pound a week.

I trimmed my caloric intake down to 1800 - 2000 calories a day and lost 49 pounds in 5 months. Working out, walking everywhere, and eating right got me lean and mean. Now, I weigh 150 pounds (instead of 196) and have increased my endurance and strength doing Crossfit ( http://www.crossfit.com/ ) workouts. Today, I eat 2500 or so calories a day, plenty of protein, and not very much fat and I’ve kept that weight off for a long time.

Eat less. Move more. Weigh less. The equation is really that simple.

If you can ever get up enough money to get it, it’s definitely worth it if you stick to it!! I found it to be easy, since I followed a lot of stuff on it already, I just was doing things wrong… but I def recommend it to everyone.

Original Anon, if you walk or jog for 45-60 mins a day, NOT GOING ABOVE 65% of your Target Heart rate, you can BURN fat. Going above 65% can actually cause your body to to create a hormone that burns sugar so your body in turn burns sugar and not fat. If you tell me your age I can tell you what 65% of your THR is.

Don’t worry about your heart rate. That’s fuzzy math.

Just move. However fast you want to. Don’t do a bunch of mathematics. Get off the couch and move. Eat less. Move more. Period.
