Mmm it’s not immoral but it may have been a bad decision if you’re trying to get over your past relationship (and especially get your ex to get over you).
I don’t see it being a terrible thing that you went out with someone else. It may have been better to wait a few days rather than the same day but do what makes you happy!

I know what you mean. The next day after my girlfriend of 6 years and I broke up she had started dating this guy she was involved with over the internet the next day. They never met or anything, just started acting like boyfriend and girlfriend the next day. I asked her to give herself and me a little respect and not just jump into another relationship but she responded that she couldn’t help what her heart felt. So I guess it’s pretty much the same situation with you.

Like emily said, whatever makes you happy and you think is right. Just don’t go beating yourself up over it I guess.

It’s not wrong. It’s your ex’s loss. Have fun, try new things, new people be single for a while or try it out with this new guy. It’s worth the try.
