Clearing the air about a situation.
Just stopped by to say hello to a few people and got blasted about an incident that occurred over a period of time. It was over being banned by a moderator and I’ve forgotten about it. IT IS HISTORY. I know down DEEP in my heart that I reacted wrong over the situation. Just got my feelings hurt and retaliated and says some things that I should not have said. But, but, the mods made mistakes also. We are only human. Unfortunately, we don’t always act mature…certainly me included.
Having been a teacher and coach for 11 years, worked for a major ins co for 25 years and being 61 years old, there is some maturity and wisdom that comes from this tenure. Would not hurt anyone’s feeling for zillion dollars. But, when people attack you for being a Christian, well, I’m not a namsy, pamsy, sissy….When Christ went into the temple with a Cat of Nine Tails, he was MAD…and certainly was no sissy.
Having grown up in an abusive home and having been sexually abused and physically abused as a child, there are some scars on me…for sure…but, I pride myself with being an honest decent person. I’ve lived in the same community for 28 years and MOST people have a great respect for me.
Well, I’ve vented and apologize for coming back to the site. Guess I’m too old to deal with kind of stuff….just got my feeling hurt…but, it will pass!
