I wouldn’t have thought so esp. if you are just beginning your diet/workout. Like apollo said, you should stick with your diet/workout. If it is that you really do want to detox your body, maybe try it a couple of months after your diet or when/if you finish it. It’s also important to make sure that you know what you are doing when you detox your body.
