I sent payment through PayPal to continue my subscription.

An Email was sent to me by PayPal on July 2 saying payment was complete but it doesnt appear to have been updated in my subscription info.

your subscription to …?

paypal is just the middle man, other websites use paypal to receive payments safelly and easily for both sides , the cliente and the provider.
i’m webdeveloper and developed some websites with paypal integration…

so you’ve already paid your subcription - as paypal says and paypal is rarelly mistaken in such matters - then the website owner haven’t reenabled you account yet, or some problem ocurred.

i recccomend you contact the website / service owners and try to solve it “peacefully”, if they keep your account locked then you should really contact paypal or your credit card “operator” (sorry i missed the word).
