One: You need to go to court, giving the Judge many reasons as to why you want to be emancipated. Show that you have a place to live and that you will still go to school and be educated, show that who ever is taking care of you is loving and caring and will feed adn shelter you. This is because I doubt you have a job that will pay for a phone, and a house/appartment, and also have the time to go to school.

Two: Why do you want to leave your house anyways?
