Update: “Why do men try to hurt women”?

I told my ex last night that I was DONE, PLEASE Don’t call, text, email, NOTHING! So today he calls and then texts.. I’am going to block his phone number. I feel better, I love me now!! He was the “cheater” and so is his so called gf whos married with 2 kids. I now wish them well, I have given my faith to my “god / higher power”..
I have been talking to this guy I met at a local bar, he seems very nice! He keeps calling, but he told me the other day that he had a friend with ben. Then today I told him about Telling my ex “I’m Done”, he tells me that him and his “friend” are done. I know that I’m not ready for too much, JUST a freind to hang out with and laugh.
Heres the question: Could he be lying just to get in my pants, or maybe he likes me? Of course I have Trusting problems!

I don’t. To me, I get soome pretty fisy vibes about poeple from bars. Here’s one way to tell: watch his eyes. You’ll know what I mean.

Another thing, most men are not big talkers. If you have to start most of the conversation, his mind may be “somewhere else”. If he brings up a few things without a lead, then that’s a good sign
