It depends on your goals. What do you want to be able to do?

Well, not to long ago I found about a special type of martial arts known as capoeira, which looks like break dancing but is actually martial arts. i would like to try something like that because it looks interesting and I once took karate when I was younger.

Capoeira is lots of fun. Why don’t you do that again?

Mainly because I live pretty much in the middle of nowhere and I don’t have any place like that to go to, but I really would like to try it.

A year ago today, I was 50 pounds heavier than I am now.

In September 2007, I started scaling CrossFit workouts to what I had the equipment and the strength for:

http://www.crossfit.com/

I studied the videos, I walked 3.5 miles a day (the train station that takes me to work is 1.5 miles away), and I started eating right. With that CrossFit stuff, I’ve maintained this weight since December (it took me 4 months to drop 50 pounds), and I keep getting stronger.

Yesterday, I broke my Fran record by 6.5 minutes. My 2 mile run time has decreased by 10 minutes in less than a year. Focused short effort wins the day.

Back into shape.
You know when I was a kid I was very flexible. I could do front flips and back flips and summer saults and all kinds of athletical stuff. I got hurt in a incident when I was a teenager and didn’t do anymore stuff like that. Now im in my early 20’s and I was wondering if I were to get back into shape again, what would I have to do, because now all I do is just sit around and I am just a skinny couch potato. What would I have to do?
