I hear this so much - people getting banned and having no idea why. Makes me feel like any one of us could POOF at any moment :(

thats what they do do. you dont just get banned because they feel like it.

Really? But I remember…if this is the same person…and I’ve heard others say they’ve gotten banned and don’t know why - good long term members.

the mods arent mentals who go around abusing thier power. when they ban someone they have to make a post int he mod forum saying why, justifying it. they dont just go round willy nilly clicking the ban button

I’m not saying that, I’m saying maybe there was a mixup or an enemy reported haka for something they didn’t do or….who knows? I just hear about this problem so much..

lol, they might say that, but ill bet if they think nice and hard about things that were said or done, thy could come up with a reason. no ones ever at fault when theyre banned, just like every prisoner on death row is innocent.

Maybe that’s the message for a temp ban too? Maybe your account will be reactivated.

Lets just give haka another shot and if haka gets banned again then haka’s doing something wrong.

theres not much point to this post i have to say, no one can tell you why apart from the mod who banned you, so you should talk to them directly.

Did you get a shout from a mod?

And if this was your 4th ban then I can see why it’s permanent.
You should have asked why you were temp banned each time so you’d stop doing whatever it was that was getting you in trouble.

And you should have changed your password if someone else knew it. You’re responsible for your account and if you give out your password you are the one held accountable for it’s use or misuse.

mods like myself are able to delete & close posts/replies, mute chat abilities, etc..
but we can’t ban your account
and no, we cant make you a mod, that is up to the admin
i agree whoever banned you should have given reason

I knew someone who was banned by unfair mods.

I don’t think you should be a mod at all. Your not leading a very good example for us are you?

You have given us no reason to believe that you would make a good one, nor would you benefit this website.

If you were banned you must have done something wrong. Believe me. Mods and Admins have way too much to do than mess around with silly petty problems. If you were banned, you deserved it.

If you want to redeem yourself, not causing trouble and an apology is usually a much better idea. Way to go!
