Does anyone know of any good eyebrow make up?
What method is best? A stencil?, pencil colour?, or using powder
Or one of those compacts with has gel, colour and a brush? I have mousy blonde hair and pale ish skin. Thanks. I would prefer a mineral brand but I will use anything if it works.
