ugh cell phone help

I have the verizon enV and i got it off ebay… lol well mom did so it would be cheaper on us, and well it was in good condition and things when i got it and now it’s like going to where.. one day people can hear me the next they can’t.

and i dont have insurence so i cannot get it fixed without buying a new phone completly which i do not have the money for.

usually if i keep the battery out of it for a few minutes t will go back to normal but this time it’s not working..

what should I do?
