On-line and off-line help: My daughter got the reindeer webkins for Christmas last year. - Help.com

My daughter got the reindeer webkins for Christmas last year.

She wasn’t really interested in it at the time, but now, of course, she wants to go online and, of course, we don’t know where the code is. What to do? Any suggestions?

I don’t think that there is anything that you can do! Sorry.

Just look for the tag! Because apparently there’s nothing else that can be done,

We’re sorry, but there’s no way for us to replace a lost, stolen or missing Secret Code. Please be sure to keep any future Secret Codes in a safe place.
Sorry, wish I could help.

My personal advice is to just not bother at all. Webkinz are a stupid fad that children go CRAZY for, and once you buy one for your child you’re just creating an addiction that can only be fed by buying more and more webkinz, until after a year the child is sick of them and needs a different product to make them happy.
Buy your daughter some moral values instead, those she can use forever.
