Hit it with a hammer ?
You only deleted the shortcut to it which is placed on your desktop. You can get it back easily. I can’t remember how, but it’s easy!

do system restore
No, he doesn’t mean that. And no, don’t do that!
Go to ‘Display’ in the Control Panel. There’s something in there about icons on your desktop. You’ll see it. It’s simple.
go to start menu,,click all programs,,click accessaries,,system tools,,system restore will be in tat list

Basically this moron is what we call a troll. He’s trying to get you to run a program built in to Windows which will roll back your settings to a “restore point”. You could lose all your recently installed programs and updates.
This comes from Windows help:
Show or hide the Recycle Bin
The Recycle Bin usually appears on the desktop. If you prefer, you can hide it.
To show or hide the Recycle Bin on the desktop
Click to open Personalization.
In the left pane, click Change desktop icons, and then do one of the following:
To remove the Recycle Bin from the desktop, clear the Recycle Bin check box.
To display the Recycle Bin on the desktop, select the Recycle Bin check box.
Click OK.
Note
Even if you don’t choose to show the Recycle Bin, deleted files will still be temporarily moved to the Recycle Bin until you choose to permanently delete them. To turn off the Recycle Bin, see Change the Recycle Bin settings.

That’s not true now, is it. In fact that’s the point in System Restore in that in rolls back the computer to a time before a potentially harmful or malfunctioning program or update was installed. And you know that. You’re just being an a$$.
bull,,i run windows,,know better than that ,,your the troll,,dumbass

Well I am young, but I’m not that young! I mean I’m old enough to be married. And I am married. But I remain virile and awesome. Does that narrow it down?!

Great. This crappy reply that I copied off of Windows Help has been voted as quotable by two people, one of whom has now been banned. Thanks guys. I really like seeing this eyesore on my profile, and I’m so pleased it’s knocked off some genuinely decent replies.
…yeah, I’m ungrateful.
hahahaha, I’m loving it.
