wondering help: Bumps on my arms. - Help.com

Bumps on my arms.

I have little bumps all over my arms. I think it’s just dead skin, but I’m wondering if it could be something else? If it is dead skin: ways to get rid of it. If not, what it could be and ways to get rid of it?

I think you have keratosis pilaris. (at least I think thats how you spell it). It’s nothing serious, just a minor skin condition. Look it up on google, see if it sounds like you. I had it really bad when I was a teenager, it’s faded a lot recently (I’m 22) and I only just found out it’s a condition. Nothing you can do about it, except exfoliate a lot. But it’s harmless and It’ll go away.

first of all, a doctor is the only person who can tell you exactly what you have. But i also have little skin colored bumps right around where my sleeve falls. My doctor told me its just a natural skin irritation caused by the shirts i wear.
