Guy language help?

So, I know this guy… actually, I really like him. Anyways, I can’t tell if what he’s saying is just.. well, talk… or flirty.. I’m bad at reading language.. so help with analysis?

Just ask him out. The worst that can happen is that you’re both hit and killed by a bus before he can answer. After you accept that, everything is cake.
