it depends on your metabolism… but if you do all of that right, you might lose like two pounds. it is a little dangerous to lose more than one pound a week without being monitered. if you do it dangerously you could lose more than that but there is like a 90% chance you will just gain right back. be careful. its good to be healthy but don’t overdo it. good luck.

hey kabonna,
unfortunately it’s not so cut and dry…the patterns of weighloss have a tonne of variables…
your personal metabolism, how much your caloric intake is lower than your outake….

one thing to keep in mind that it’s difficult to guage just by weight..you are better off measuring around your hips..and around your waist with a measuring tape…the reason is…muscle weighs 4 times more than fat…so if the calaroies you are burning out weighs the calories your taking in…and you are building muscle…your clothes may very well fit better and you look thinner…..but gained muscle.

as well…just as anonymous says..healthy weight loss can not be more than 1-2 lbs a week…

give yerself a break…i dont know how old you are but…people dont’ realize they took years to put on their weight..and then they expect it off in weeks…

the more gradual you go at it…the more likely it will stay off…

but go for it!!

swimming is amazing for cardio exercise…i had to take a swimming course while i was in uni…i lost 10lbs that i didnt know i had…my endurance was great..

gluck…

ang ;)
