To whom it may concern, I have been abandoned by Amy K from the reset password chatroom on line, and she told me to contact you at this email adress.

I cannot list for the flight I need from Puerta Plata since when I tried to go into jetnet, the internet cafe in Puerta Plata is in Espanol-Spanish so the characters are different on the keyboard. I have answered all the questions correctly, and she still didn´t help me…I am paying a fortune at this internet cafe, over an hour trying to contact you, and now she just disconnected my requests. What is going on? Please contact me ASAP to help me reset the password. I cannot call since I do not have a phone, and the lines are down here…HELP!!!!
