Calling all scientists.
I have a question concerning particle physics. Is an electromagnetic field made of the same matter as an electromagnetic pulse. A company I am with has developed a device that cancels out emf’s. This was not its intention, but rather it, the PowerworX e3, has been developed to reduce the need for electricity usage. It does so within the neighborhood of 8% to 35%. The fact that it cancels out an emf is quite the surprise. I am looking into other possible…applications. Essentially my question is this: what is the difference between emf’s and emp’s.
