what’s a sure fire way to lose like 20 lbs fast?

i really need to lose some weight and i’m sick of all this **** that doesnt work. anyone got anything? idc if it’s drugs, as long as it works.

first one to say something along the lines of “go jog, fatass” gets a fork to the eye.

Weightlifting can help you lose weight pretty fast because your muscles continue to burn calories long after your workout. The scales might actually even go up at first while the muscles build, because muscles weigh more than fat, but you’ll actually be slimming down ;)

idk. i just lost 5 lbs. in a couple days. idk if its safe or not. drink a lot of water and a lot of protein. when you want snacks go for celery, or frozen grapes, or if you want something that actually tastes like a meal, eat turkey rolled in lettuce with a little mustard inside.

oh and slice up an apple into like, 6ths. and eat one slice every couple of hours to keep up your metabolism
