start by eating smaller portions, more often… have about 5 smaller meals per day. Whenever you eat carbs try to have some form of protein with it. Limit your fat and salt intake… it helped me! In addition try walking or jogging as a form of exercise.

ever heard of the “lemonade diet”? its more like a clense really. Its not meant for you to lose weight, but while it clenses your system, you end up losing a lot of weight. I did it about 6 months ago, it tasted absoulutely horrible, but I lost about 12 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks. just google it.

Cut out all sugary drinks,chips,noodles,blah blah blah.Only drink water. eat fruits,steamed veggies,fish (not fried though),walk on the tredmill everyday for 30-60 mins. And you should lose weight in no time :)
