I don’t know if I’ve slept in the last three weeks.

Hello help dot commers. I haven’t been by in a while, sorry if I haven’t responded to invites or shouts, I’ve been emerged in my own little ****** up world. I’m SO confused. I’m not sure if I’ve slept in the last three weeks, the line between dreams and reality is seriously blurry. I’m beginning to hallucinate I think and generally just feel like I’m going insane =(

Ok…I’m not. I’ve smoked weed on occasion, but haven’t done that for like a month.

ok, then what do you think would be causing the halucinations? do you have very vivid dreams? of what?

I seem to fall asleep for like 2hours or so then get woken up by nightmares. I had a nightmare that I couldn’t save this man that was on fire, so he began chasing me and eventually caught up with me. His face was so terribly burnt and I woke up really hot. It was disappointing. Maybe the built up lack of sleep is making me go crazy.

I can differentiate between the hallucinations and nightmares because I usually text a friend when I wake up, I was texting a friend the entire time during my last hallucination.

Heres a dream I’m interested in knowing more about: I was trying to kill myself. But not like suicide, there were two of me, and one was trying to kill the other while the other me tried to escape. So I guess in a way it was me chasing myself. It was extremely violent, quite terrifying.

A recent hallucination: I woke up at 4am, and I could see like this pool of blood on my floor which appeared to keep getting bigger. Eventually I began to panic because I thought my room was going to blood and I’d drown in blood. So I grabbed some clothes, like by leaning over the edge of my bed and lay down a path to my door. On my way out I tried to pick up one of my guitars but my right arm didn’t belong to me anymore (it was there physically but I couldn’t control it) so I left that guitar and picked up my bass with my left hand (I felt some sort of need to save them) and ended up sleeping in the lounge (where is was freezing cold).

could you describe the dream in a little more detail for me? just in case she has questions.

are you actually seeing these things? have you had precognitive experiences? is there anyone who has dies close to you recently that these things might be related to? if anyone close to you sick? when do you “wake up” from these halucinations? could they possibly be dreams as well? do they happen in the day or when you’re not sleeping?
