I need “Class of 2000″ help please!

What was the name of that song that was on-air radio released at the end of 2000 that was apparently made specifically for the graduating class to use as their theme song? It was a guy, not Vitamin C, and it started out with him talking. It sounded all futuristic and stuff. The band/singer was apparently a one-hit wonder.

Actually figured this one out, too thanks to a good friend of mine. The song I was looking for was “Everybody’s Free To Wear Sunscreen” by Baz Luhrmann… LOL… it’s not really a song when you hear it, is it?
