Why wont DLLs work?

?hi my name is miuzaki (nickname) and im realy upset. i have a problem with my computer. this started when avg stoped working on my cpu. and through many hardships and stress. ive figured out that ANYTHING that needs plugins to run will not run. anything in the CONTROL PANNEL most of my EMULATORS. SNAGIT. and alot of my programs, and otherwise my cpu is fine. and ive done registry restores and everything. and tried to assess the problem myself. Now WHAT makes .dll plugins work please anser me. i so dont want to go through wiping my computer.

Did you try a system restore or a repair from the windows boot disc?

Also, There are like 50 million DLLs you you need to figure out what one you’re missing, download it online (look on google), and put it in your C:\Windows\system32\ folder.

rundll32.exe runs the programs in the control panel
