I am down to the last straw here today.

I am suicidally depressed. I dont want to feel like this any more. ive been going thru some really rough stuff in my life and ive had enough of it.

Hang on in there! Find help or just talk about how u feel to friends or family… Its hard i know…But it helps… If u ever need help im here… Small things can help u feel better… But 1 thing also… Read here about ppl who lost loved ones on suicide…it hits u bad and then u will lose the suicidle part a little… It helped me… Good luck ^^

i am stuck in a horrible place. i lost some one to suicide, i know what it did to me, its the one thing that keeps me hanging on. im in a really bad place, i have no friends and no close family. thanks all for helping. thanks for the song .ash>> it helped.

I dont have friends either… But the ppl here are so nice! They helped me realise life is something special… Ppl who wanne live die every day…And some take their own lives…That really hits me…can u perhaps tell more about what happened?

what happened. well, its pretty intimate, i was a heavy drinker and i let it get out of control. i made a mistake and am being charged with something i would never normally have done. my job is in jeopardy, i find out tomorrow if i still have one, my life has been on a downward spiral since. i havent got anyone to talk to, my family all lives far away, there are some bad money problems… there are so many things weighing me down its hard to take. at the best of times i am just tired and the worst of times i plan on ways to end it.

when your life goes down, you need to stop it going down, before you can improve it

you can’t stop going down all at once (believe me, i wish you could!)

therefore, decide on one thing you want to improve, and focus on it… - improve one part of your life, and you might find that the other aspects start improving too…

I know.. its not that simple… - but we are all here for a reason - and killing yourself not only damages those that love you now - it damages those that will love you one day, since you will not be there to enrich their lives!

Maybe it would be possible to hitch a lift to your parents? or maybe there are those closer to you that you can turn too?
