YouTube Videos.

Is there a way to download a video that you originally uploaded to YouTube? I have a video that I want to download that I uploaded months ago (I no longer have the file on my computer) and I’d like to be able to watch it, burn it to a CD, etc. I’ve heard of different programs you can use for this, but I’m scared to download any without some advice?

Also, I’d like it to be a standard video file format. Like one you can watch on QuickTime.

YouTube support simply says you can’t do it, but there are programs out there you can download, I just don’t know which one is best.

Actually there is a Firefox add-on called “Download Helper” that’ll allow you to download videos from youtube and most other video sites. So if you’re a Firefox user, you can install that feature here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire…
