OK for several months now I have a mid to lower back pain it hurts most when I lie flat on my back and the lower back curves up just a little.

once I’m up and move pain goes away and if I sleep with a pillow under my butt i forces the lower back to straighten out and I can sleep somewhat then same ting when on my stomach. I do have sleep apnea and must sleep with mask on. help.

you should go see a chiropractor for the back pain. they might be able to help you out with that
