Calories

Due to reasons, I have to keep pretty immobile right now so my body probably only uses less than 1400 calories a day - I’ve worked this out and things… maybe just 1350 or less.

But I’m trying to lose weight, which means lowering my calories. And below 1200 is considered really not enough… so I don’t know what to do?
I don’t like to stick to one amount everyday, I do zigzagging or calorie shifting instead…

I have like no plans.
So I’m worried.
I might have 725 today, 1105 tomorrow and like 1770 the day after (or a bit higher) and then … ????
Look, I’ve really no idea. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m confused to death. I was doing a kind of 1265, 1465, 1665 thing but due to basically by body burning nothing I think I’ve been gaining weight… which is bad.

One thing you can do is go on a monodiet like all fruit, and yougour for a week and that would clear your colon out too and you would lose slightly more weight and very healthy as well

Yeah, I can work out what to eat myself, I’ve got a lot of that covered. I just need to know amounts. In energy? But thanks for suggesting…

1200 is not too little.
I’m a small gal, and I wanted to lose 5 or so pounds a while ago. I need 1200 a day, and I only had 800 or 900 and I lost the 5 pounds in 2 or 3 weeks, which is a healthy rate of weight loss.
If you need 1400 then have maybe 1000 or 1100 a day, and you should see a loss of maybe 2 pounds a week. If you lose any more than that, its not healthy, and you’ll have a lot of extra skin to tighten up when it’s all done with.
And you say that you’re pretty immobile, so you might use less than you think. So, if I were you, I’d probably have 800 to 900 a day.
But do whatever you’re comfortable with. =)
