I’m having eating problems and I just feel so low.
I had 860 calories which is to much, far to much and I don’t know how long I want to go on. I was so happy like 1 hour ago and now I’m so low, I feel like crying and I feel like cutting . I feel I want to purge. I’m so useless and pathetic. I’ll only be happy when I 68lbs and I don’t think I’ll be able to do it. I want to cry. I don’t really having anyone else to talk to, I just can’t open up to anyone. I need to ramble so it stops me from doing something stupid. Why am I so happy one minute and down the next. I’ll never be good enough. I’m slipping more and more each day and I’m becoming more and more obsessed.

And you won’t be happy until you weigh 68 pounds? It seems a little extreme to want to be that weight.
If you plan on weighing 68lbs I also assume you’re planning on a young death? Sorry if that sounds harsh but thats the truth. You feel so low because you have no energy. I know that you have no energy because a human needs 2000 calories a day, that includes a balanced amount of fat, sugar, carbs, etc etc. You don’t get that, your mood drops. Your mood drops, so does you self esteem. You need to eat property to be happy with yourself and your body.
Ok. That is a perfect weight. What you need to concentrate on it maintaining that, not losing any, not gaining any.
First things first! DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. Yes, this *could* help you lose weight. This could also kill you. This could also make you *gain* weight when you *do* eat. If you do not eat properly, when your body does receive food, it will take all of the fat and stuff from that and store it as it never knows where it’s next meal is coming from. If you want to be happy with your body and feel like you have full control you need to make sure you are treating your body well. Plenty of fruit and veg, protein etc… You need a balanced diet and exercise. Only then are you truly in control.
You are at an average weight for your height!!!
I calculated your BMI which says you are around 24. 85% of people your height also share your weight.

hi, it sounds ur problem was in the ea5ting disorders,,, and i think u need to seek for a doctor.. so they will going to assess uh… I think there’s nothing wrong with you because you weigh 142 lbs and u have height of 5′4 that’s great, its normal… maybe, ur thinking about it..seriously and it cannot tstop in ur mind ryt? so, u need to feel good about ur self, don’t stress ur self that much, have fun,,, there’s no worthless in this world… there’s no ugly in this world we was the child of GOD that has each of one a purpose.. 1st thing i want u to do is… SEEK FOR A DOCTOR, they will help you about it, they will going to explain everything, so can understand it easily.. 2nd don’t be afraid to ask help to ur family aNd friends.. im sure they will help you.. 3rd i want uh to feel good about ur self and accept the way u r , think that u have a purpose in this world and just have patient to wait so will know ur purpose, “LOVE UR LIFE” BE HAPPY… DON’T DO CUTTING it’s not really helpful way okay? hope this help… GODBLESS!!
i have the same problem…i deal with the stress by smoking. im not saying that you should smoke but find something that will distract your mind. an activity you love to do or a person you care about are both good options.
hmmmmm,,, like addiction in nicotine? smoking is n9ot good, is just cutting ur life short… u know what to do?>?? have a lot work yo do,,, like engaging in a lot of sports.. try and try until you succeed be hapi the way u r…coz, someday u will be proud of urcelf when u start ryt now to change..
