Love help: Apple addiction? - Help.com

Apple addiction?

? Lol.
I’m not sure why, but lately I absolutely LOVE the taste of apples! Sometimes I eat as many as 4 a day! I’ve always really liked them, to the point that if I have a choice of either eating a piece of chocolate cake or an apple, I’d pick the apple, hands down! Heh, this is sounding weird. Usually I eat an apple with cereal at breakfast, and one as a snack, and sometimes one dinner. I don’t eat many sweets AT ALL, so I guess it’s good that I’m eating apples instead of little cakes and things.
I’m eating an apple right now, actually. Anyone else have this “problem”? I’m not even sure it’s a problem. :D

Oh no! You shouldn’t eat so many apples because it can have a catastrophic affect on your stomach and bowel. Tests have shown that contrary to popular belief, even one apple a day can increase your chances of cancer by 426%. Regardless of how old you are you are at risk.

Really? I have trouble believing that. I though apples REDUCED your risk of cancer.

Yeah, I’m just messing with you :P

In truth I really like apples, particularly Pink Lady and Gala apples. I do eat an apple a day, and over the passed few weeks I have been eating about two a day. They’re tasty and have a satisfying crunch!

They’re certainly difficult to digest, but they don’t increase your chances of cancer by 426%!

as long as you get used to the fiber in the apples, it doesn’t back you up as bad. be sure to drink lots of water as well.
