I need to lose weight.

I am 16 years old and im 165 pounds. I dont understand why i have gained so much weight. My diet is pretty much the same as always and all. I excersise the same as before. I have tried everything! I cut back on calories, worked out more, starved myself, crash dieted, and the 3 day diet. Nothing seems to work i lose 5 pounds and then gain the back the next day (im not exagerating). I’m taking these pills called MetaboLife that i paid a friend to buy for me. But they dont seem to help either. What can i do?

How long are you on these diets? And I mean actual diets, not starving yourself.
Because losing weight takes time, sorry dear. Cut back on your calories by 200/300 a day, and exercise a bit more than usual, but don’t do anything drastic.
And, in about 2 weeks, if you still haven’t lost 5 pounds or something similar, then consider changing it up.
I know it’s frustrating, but that’s the only way that you’re going to see real results that last.

STAY OFF THE PILLS! THEY ARE DANGEROUS!
Having said that, obesity in America is inevitable. You think you get enough excersize but you do not get near enough for what the human body is designed for. The human body reacts to plentiful food as feast time and packs on the pounds preparing for famine, but famine never comes.

Im in almost the same situation. Im 15 and weighed 170 pounds about 8 monthis ago. Ive been through all those “diets” too. What i did however was…
(and this is only if you are really dedicated to loosing weight)

1)gave up soda. no soda at all
2)no chocolate not even the 100 calorie packs. nothing,
3)ran everyday even if it was just for 2 mins i ran.
4)ate healthy, fruits veggies, and mainly tuna.

hopefully that helped

you are trying to hard.
it takes time, patience, and work.
exercise wise you need to get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes a day. that’s just a minimum.
then add in something small, something toning. like lifting weights or the elliptical for 15 minutes three times a week.
you can work up to (and at some point you should be) doing full on exercise 4 times a week.
alternate too. do kickboxing one day, then swimming the next.
you also need to get a pedometer. 10,000 steps a day baby.
the obvious food things, stay away from complex sugars and obviously bad for you foods.
eat whole grain, and low fat.
small frequent meals through out the day and drink waterwaterwater!
watch your beverage intake, a lot of hidden calories in there.
and also watch portion sizes, just read the box yeah?
oh and;
serve your food buffet style.
you can only have one serving of carbs per meal and 6 total in a day
eat as many vegetables as you want but try for at least 5.
fruits: you can only have three a day.
you can get seconds of meat if you’re still hungry. but ONLY if you’ve had another serving of veggies in between. (7 proteins total)
2 dairies a day and 1 multi vitamin + 2 servings of calcium
um never eat in front of the t.v.
always eat breakfast.
and most of all…just go seen a dietician!
this is also something the people at the “healthy for life” clinic told me.
small goals. little things add up. you have to go slow and steady.
btw.
fad diets don’t work.
also counting calories gets really tricky.
get a lot of sleep, that’s really important.
ah one more thing.
don’t starve yourself.
it makes you retain the fat, not lose it.

but most of all; GOODLUCK
=D

My little sister is 12 and she used to weigh 159 pounds. She cut off juice and soda. She used organic milk. Weight loss tablets don’t help. She won’t eat ice cream and she switched to special k red berries cereal. its like cornflakes and strawberries. She stopped eating red meat. she only eats white meat.she lost 70 pounds cutting off things.

Do you sleep too much?
Or do you not chew your food?
Those are more common reasons besides junk food.

Walking and doing housework is the best exercise for losing fat and ensure that your diet does not include any high calorie foods. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlos…
