I can help you stop eating tasty food.

Just imagine that you have the nastiest substance on earth in one hand and tasty food in the other. Mix them both together and imagine eating it. Now you really have to imagine it or it won’t work right.

This is a difficult question because only you know if you’ll spit something out or not. And, you wont know until you try. I would suggest trying new things all the time. See what other people have and try that. Things like apples and peanut butter or bannana sandwiches or pears in cranberry juice (I had this for breakfast today and it was very nice). When friends and family eat around you ask to try a little to see if you like it. Don’t be afraid to try something new. There are some wonderful foods out there, you just have to go for it. Good luck.

Im a plainest when it comes to food and the best food for it is stuff like noodles, rice, pizza, things that can be made plain and then you can add garnishes to them as you see fit, my favorite would have to be smoke salmon pasta its plain but it tastes good and its not to bad for ya.

Go Vegetarian! =D

Okay, sorry, I couldn’t resist.

But here’s a thought: If yo put sugar on your oatmeal in the mornings, just put a little less than you did before each morning. Wean yourself off of sugar and salt and flavorings. And do the same for anything else that you add sugar, salt, anything to.
If you’re eating something sweet, don’t put any more sugar on it. If you’re eating something full of sodium, don’t put any more salt. It takes a bit of dedication, but eventually, you just get used to eating what you do plainer, and therefore, healthier for you.
Oh, and drink a lot of water. That helps break cravings for things, and it cleanses the palette. =D And if you think water tastes icky, then DRINK IT ANYWAY. =)

That’s my advice to you. ♥
