Would SOMEONE in AUTHORITY at YAHOO!
PLEASE help me get signed on!!!!!!
My email address is (email removed) The “YAHOO ID” I chose to use is
(email removed) (which YOU verified as “sing4god” — since when can we NOT use capital letters in our ID’s especially when using GOD’s name — I worship God not a god) and I DO know my password. Believe me, I wrote the ID and password down on a sheet of paper and typed it in from that. I was able to get in ONE time. But the next time, your site said my ID and password are not valid.
I tried typing my ID the way I chose it and the way YOU verified it, with and without the @yahoo.com and NONE works. Short of telling you what my password is, I don’t know what to do.
I hit the help button for password and FINALLY got to where it asked for my birthdate, country, etc ONLY to have it say “MMMMM Let’s try this again” FIVE times, I entered my birthdate, country and zip code and FIVE time got that irritating message! I am NOT stupid — I DO know when I was born, what country I live in and what my zip code is.
WHAT is the problem????? HELP!!!!!!
I HOPE this does not just end up on a BLOG somewhere — this is an earnest PLEA
for help.
