Go to your start menu. Go to your control panel, click on network and internet and then click on intrnet options.

There you should be able to type in the address of the page you want to be your homepage. I hope that helps.

If your using a different browser other then Internet Explorer then it will be slightly different, but I’m guessing you are using Internet Explorer..
