Sometimes, I have a bad day so I keep a “Get Happy” set of music on my Zune.
On it I keep a playlist of music that always makes me happy. I also keep a kite in the trunk of my car so that I can fly it at the park. This always works! What things do you do to help you get out of a bad mood?
