Try some different things before you go to bed such as reading a book, relaxing bath, a glass of milk (personal favorite) or relaxing music. Make sure you stay away from anything that can keep you away like coffee, high carb. food or energetic activities.

You could take a few tyonol or asprin pills. You can also Tyonol PM. Go into your bed an hour before you go to bed. Wash face, brush hair, and brush teeth before you go into your bad. Watch tv until you are sleepy. Before going to bed drink warn milk.

Before you go to bed, after you’re all ready, put a warm face cloth on your eyes. OR put warm tea bags on your eyes. for a few nights if they’re willing, get a family member to massage your shoulders and back with you laying on the floor. This will relax your body and mind, leaving you calm, warm, and sleepy.
