In my varied group of friends we have a guy who has been making several of the female members of the group nervous.

We have reason to believe he may try to harm someone in the group and he has already tried to harm one of the guys. We’re considering asking him to please back off, but we’re scared of his reaction. Does anyone have any advice?

First and foremost he must be apprached as a group but non threateninly. No alchohol or stimulant can be around. With that ask why he wants to act like he is. If he has been a member of your circle for a while what life changing event do you perhaps not know about? Level heads must prevail. If all else fails he must slowly be released from the group. Never allow anyone alone with him until it is resolved.
