The war in Ossetia shows us American dream and Democracy.

The United States international politics are related to MONEY (gas, oil, natural resources) and POWER. Americans call it “Democracy”. Russians call it double standards and hypocrisy. I think Russians are right… The Americans always do their dirty affairs wrong hands, revive its economy and profit through the pain and death of others. The poor Georgians are just puppets in the hands of America. Well the dog must be calm, friendly and easily controlled by voice commands from Washington. So they are… But they killed over 2000 innocent people. Georgians are military criminals supported by America. In other hand, Russians are only peacemakers no matter what Georgians or their bosses Americans say. They never attack Georgians. But Georgians are attack Ossetia. Russians are come to Ossetia to save people there. There was no food, water, electricity, medical care. And only Russians provide humanitarian aids to Ossetia and wonder why the rest of the world don’t help Ossetia and support Georgia whose killing innocent Ossetian people. America lies that Russians entered to Ossetia and the war is between Russia and Georgia. Sixteen years ago there was the same conflict, half Ossetia was ruined, and Russians became peacemakers there in 1992. But recently Georgian government changed, became supported from the USA, and now they are killing innocent Ossetian people again (half Ossetia’s ruined, thousands people are dead again)

I wonder why America is so hypocrisy. They cut off Saddam Hussein’s head but they support Georgian crimes. Their double standards are just open their real face.

I call all the countries help Ossetia and send Georgian government to jail like any other war criminals. And i hope George W. Bush and other leaders are wise enough to forget about their cold war with Russia and will open up their eyes on what Georians are really do. First of all we need to forget about politics and help Ossetian people!

I assume you’re from a non-western country.Well let me put this simply.America isn’t the reason for every problem in the world.Russia’s saying that Georgia was backed by America.Why would America tell Georgia to attack a country, but then tell them to cease fire.I think everyone knows that Georgia can’t put up a fight with one of the world’s former superpowers.It would be a waste of money.And us hypocritic Americans don’t care about anything other than money, right?See, I think Georgia has issues with South Ossetia because they’re seperatists.Nothing more.And for Russians to say that the Georgians recieved “American training in running away”, just really pisses me off.America isn’t out to harm the world.If America is so bad, why is it that so many people from other countries find solace in America and go there?

Guys you don’t understand american policy at all. I’m american and I can prove that Russia is a victim. And that America began this war against Russia. Because our government is still thinking that Russia is the Evil. But they’ve made a BIG mistake…

every government leads a farce and sugarcoats its policies to look nice to its own people. EVERY country has a double-standard. the world runs on money. to think that a government runs on charity, peace, and goodwill is an incredibly naive ideal to believe.

i don’t see why everyone is so SHOCKED by the atrocities they hear about in the news. you’d think after a certain amount of information, people would figure out what’s going on. and if you find it offensive, then do your best to change it. making a youtube video about it doesn’t count.

the government is a machine that will always lean towards financial gain because that is one force that needs no lobbyist. that’s pretty self-explanatory. make more money, replace the crappy coffee-machine in the office. it people want to see ‘generosity’ and ‘charity’ appear within the legal system, they have to BE THERE and MAKE IT HAPPEN.

instead of sitting in front of the tube and muttering ‘geez…’

it really doesn’t matter what the georgians have done. russians still have no right to claim georgian land in the name of russia. georgia had every right to try to stop the theft of land that is legally theirs.

if that land means that much to russia, russia should have civilly fought for the land rather than attempt to steal it by force. it russia wants to know why it’s getting bad press, then it should think about how mobilizing an army to illegally cross borders looks in worldwide news.
