Another thing you can do is “report post” and you can tell the moderators what is so offensive or annoying about it. The intent of this site is not actually to offend or insult people, despite examples to the contrary.

(and I’m somewhat empathic but I pretty much lose the trail of sensibility when they start saying randomly untrue things about me. something is annoying — that’s as far as I comprehend. maybe everything is annoying!)
