I don’t believe so. I think that help.com do not want people inviting a huge amount of people to one post easily as it creates a situation where people can abuse the invite system. The idea is to invite people that have a bit of knowledge in the area of the post in question, not to invite everyone you know. That’s the impression I have gotten anyway.

That would be handy sometimes, but that’s mass inviting and they frown upon that as abuse of the invite function if you do it too much. So my guess is no.

At Help.com, we discourage users from performing “blanket” invites to a post. If you are selective about who you invite to a post, invite selectively, and personalize the invitation message you will get a much better response rate.

What if it’s a post like the ones below?

http://help.com/post/188368-a-word-on…

http://help.com/post/187752-please-do…

Those kind of post? They seem very important. Shouldn’t we want everyone to see post like that?

Those are the main post that made me ask the question.

Yeah I figured those were the posts that prompted your question.
I think mods can mass invite (or have EXTREMELY FAST FINGERS!) so if they CAN maybe sending a shout to one of them asking them to mass invite would do the trick?
Mitzy? Can mods mass invite?

I do have a way to mass invite, it was taught to me by our former admin, Jeff.
But he asked me not to share that information with anyone else.

If you do need a mass invite, shout me with the link to the post and if I agree that it is that important, I will do the mass invite.

Oops! I couldn’t resist trying a couple of things after you said that Mitzy and I just figured out the trick of doing mass invites :O
Don’t worry, I won’t use it.

Another question =D.

When inviting ppl to a post, Is there a link or something you can click that will automatically check everyone in your invite list? If you have a lot of ppl in your friends and fans list, and you want to invite them all to a post that is rather important, It gets irritating having to check all the little boxes. So is there a way to just check them all at once?
