Anyone with paint/photoshop skills!

I need help getting a copy of this image: http://scrapbooking.com/2000/2002/05/images/die_cuts/vegas_skyline_small.jp g

but bigger. It does NOT need to be the exact scaled image, just so long as the buildings are describable, Thank you so so so much!

No, I’m the original poster.
I want to make it bigger not smaller.
Look all I need is a rough scale, nothing perfect., so if anyone can get me something even GRAINY, will be okay. I’m making them silhouettes anyway.
