Help with an old Mac Powerbook 180.

I´m running some projectors on an old powerbook 180. I have just got another powerbook 180 to use as a backup however i need to install the projection software onto my backup one. The problem i´m having is that none of the powerbooks have modems. The software that i need to install is on my windows pc at the moment but it is 2mb which is too large to put onto a 1.4mb floppy. Also the software is mac format but even if i could burn it to a floppy on my windows pc the floppy would be formatted wrong for a mac. Any ideas how i can get around the problem of getting a 2mb programme from a windows pc onto a 1.4mb floppy to be installed on a Mac?

although im not 100 percent sure, it could be possible to use your powerbook in SCSI disk mode and, using an scsi connector cable, connect it to your pc. IF this works, it would show up on your pc as another hard disk. in order for the cable to hook up to your laptop though, youll need an HDI - SCSI adapter. if that doesnt work you can try the hard way and split the program files up and put them on different floppies, then put them back together on the macs hard disk. or search the internet for a file expander that is compatible with your macs operating sytem, so you can compress your app on the pc so it all fits on a floppy, then expand it on the mac. sorry if none of this helps, i dont personally have the powerbook 180 or a pc. but dont get me wrong i am familiar with older mac technology.
