Any home brewers out there?
I made my first batch of red wine about a week and a half ago. Its not much, only a half gallon but it turned out pretty good. It tastes a *little* sweeter then other reds I’ve had. My method is to put about a cup and a half of sugar per gallon in. Then add the yeast and balloon. After the success of my grape wine I’m getting a little more experimental. I’m making “iced tea wine”. All it is is decaffeinated preservative free iced tea mix with the water sugar mix, along with the yeast and balloon of course.
Any tips/advice for a fellow brewer?
